Montenegro was founded by a team of industry experts. Over the years, Montenegro has grown to be a substantial company. We currently serve over 150 customers ranging from Fortune 500 Companies, government agencies and other businesses in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.  Montenegro is committed to understanding the customers’ needs and providing value based solutions.

As a small business, Montenegro understands the importance of building and maintaining relationships, as well as the impact that social media has on society.  That’s why Montenegro’s strategy is simple, to be the perfect business partner for every need.

To accomplish this, Montenegro keeps a dynamic online presence and attends various conferences throughout the year.  A few of these include the Paper Distribution Conference hosted by the National Paper Trade Association (“NPTA”), the Print Expo owned and produced by National Printing Equipment Suppliers (“NPEA”), and the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (“NASPL”) Annual Conference.  Montenegro is also an active member of numerous diversity and inclusion organizations, such as Chicago United, Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council (CMSDC”), and the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (“IHCC”), enabling them to build relationships among leaders who share common values.

Montenegro is centrally-operated out of a recently renovated office space located in downtown Roselle, Illinois.  Montenegro is managed by co-founders, Ed Enciso and Irma Bates, with day-to-day tasks handled by an exceedingly knowledgeable workforce.
